Douglas County-based Liberty Media Corp. amended plans to combine DirecTV Group Inc. with its entertainment unit and split them off as a separate company in a settlement with investors who filed a lawsuit.
Chairman John Malone agreed to limit his purchases of stock in the split-off company for three years, Liberty Media said Friday in a regulatory filing.
