Woodward Governor Co., a supplier of aircraft parts, said the Defense Department has lifted a contract-suspension order against its MPC Products unit. MPC can now bid, receive and work on government contracts, the Fort Collins-based company said Wed nesday in a regulatory filing.
The suspension, which began July 8, was related to a Department of Justice investigation of MPC’s pre-June 2005 government-contract pricing practices.
