A Delta 2 rocket carrying DigitalGlobe Inc.’s WorldView-2 satellite lifted off Thursday and arced south over the Pacific Ocean.
The spacecraft is Longmont-based DigitalGlobe’s third remote-sensing satellite. The Delta rocket was built by Centennial-based United Launch Alliance.
