GREELEY, Colo.—The University of Northern Colorado has a new degree in nutrition.
Trustees approved the new undergraduate degree Friday. Students can start enrolling in the program next fall. The school estimated there will be 35 to 50 nutrition students within five years.
Currently, there are about 65 students minoring in nutrition at UNC. Colorado State University is currently the only school in the state with an undergraduate nutrition degree.
