GREENWOOD VILLAGE — A gas-line leak in Greenwood Village knotted up traffic Monday afternoon for a time before crews capped off the ruptured pipe with no reported damage or injuries.
The rupture was caused by a contractor who inadvertently “bored a hole” into a gas pipe, said Joe Fuentes, a spokesman with Xcel Energy.
