Broncos quarterback Kyle Orton is the AFC offensive player of the week, the first time in his five-year career he has won the award.
Orton completed 35-of-48 passes for 330 yards and two touchdowns in Denver’s 20-17 overtime victory against the New England Patriots on Sunday. He led two touchdown drives of at least 10 plays and 90 yards, including a 12-play, 98-yard drive late in the fourth quarter.
