DENVER—Denver prosecutors have filed charges including attempted first-degree murder against a man accused of shaking his infant son.
Twenty-year-old Stephen Dailey also is charged with child abuse resulting in serious bodily injury and a crime of violence after emergency responders went to a home on a report of an eight-week-old baby who wasn’t breathing on Sept. 15.
A phone number for Dailey could not be found.
Dailey was being held Wednesday, with bond set at $150,000.
