Channel 93.3’s “Not So Silent Night” whirls into Magness Arena on Dec. 6, celebrating the holidays with melodic goth-punk and emo-pop from A.F.I., Red Jumpsuit Apparatus and I Fight Dragons. Expect songs from A.F.I.’s unctuous, radio-ready new disc, “Crash Love,” which dropped last month. Nothing like a little snarl and eyeliner for Christmas, right? ($18-$40, ) Tegan and Sara, the Canadian folk-rock sisters known for their polarizing voices and undeniably catchy tunes, return to Colorado for an April 4 date at the Ogden Theatre. British downtempo producers Henry Binns and Sam Hardaker, will play the Ogden Theatre on Dec. 7 as part of their tour behind new album “Yeah Ghost.” Tickets are on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday. ($22.25-$25, Ticketmaster) Aziz Ansari, of NBC’s “Parks and Recreation” and MTV’s “Human Giant,” returns to Comedy Works for a series of shows Nov. 13-14. Also announced this week: Eddie Griffin at the Denver Improv (Nov. 6-7), Lisa Landry at Comedy Works South (Nov. 12-15), Tommy Davidson at the Denver Improv (Nov. 12-15) and Christopher Titus at Comedy Works South (Nov. 19-21). And though it’s hard to understand the over-earnest group’s appeal, it’s clear that it exists (to someone, at least). The band comes to the Ogden Theatre on Dec. 1. ($25, Ticketmaster) Rob Drabkin, a ubiquitous, big-haired Denver folk-pop musician, scored a string of high-profile shows opening for Davy Knowles & Back Door Slam on their national tour. The November-December dates bring Drabkin and Knowles to the Soiled Dove Underground on Dec. 10. Tickets are on sale. ($15-$18, vendini ) Stephen Lynch postponed his Saturday show at the Paramount Theatre due to a “personal emergency,” but plans to return to Denver on Dec. 11 to make up his “3 Balloons Tour” date.
