Catholic Health Initiatives, a Denver-based nonprofit health organization, has agreed to lease 100,000 square feet of office space at 198 In verness Drive West in Arapahoe County. The organization will begin moving its employees to the building, owned by Lowe Enterprises, in June. The 11-year lease is the largest new lease to be completed in southeast Denver this year.
