It was bound to happen.
A Canadian company is offering a Balloon Boy Halloween Costume Kit just in time for Oct. 31.
The costume consists of a silver balloon and a small gondola (with hatch) that you tape to the base. The company takes it from there on its website, :
“You supply: Cellophane tape, white string, helium gas fill (from any dollar store or Wal Mart), a washer or some coins for ballast weights, one six year old, one CNN investigative journalism team.”
The company also suggests you wear the cardboard shipping box, along with a “Hello, my name is Falcon” sticker, and even offers a helpful trick-or-treat suggestion:
“Just ring the doorbell and say, ‘I’m supposed to be flying in there, but my dad said to stay in the box for the show!’ — you are practically guaranteed to get double and triple Halloween treats.”
The cost is $19.99. If you are looking for a free way to commemorate the event, go to . The Denver Post
