Denver-based Broe Group paid $8.9 million for a Fort Collins distribution and warehouse facility serving Anheuser-Busch and New Belgium Brewing Co.

Built in 1992, the 250,000- square-foot warehouse sits on 17 acres at Interstate 25 and Mulberry Street.

It is served by the Great Western Railway, which is owned and operated by Broe affiliate Omnitrax, and includes 11 rail-dock doors. Other tenants in the fully occupied building include Saint- Gobain and Hydra Trucking.

The acquisition is part of Broe’s five-year strategy to substantially increase its portfolio through acquisitions of high-quality assets.
