Medical-device manufacturer Baxa Corp. has agreed to lease the Maroon V office building for its new corporate headquarters.
Baxa will consolidate its 516 employees, now occupying three separate buildings, into the 64,000-square-foot Maroon V.
Developed by Shea Properties, Maroon V is a 4-story, Class A office building in the Meridian International Business Center, near Centennial Airport.
Baxa ranks in the top 35 privately owned companies in the metropolitan area, with 2008 gross revenue of $131 million.
