Residents of the mountain town of Gypsum are being told to lock their windows and draw their blinds as the Eagle County Sheriff’s Department looks for a peeping Tom.
A man has been spotted peering into first-floor windows twice in the last three weeks near Sunny Avenue and Quail Run, authorities said.
In one case, he unscrewed the bulb from an outdoor light, according to a sheriff’s spokeswoman.
