Construction on Interstate 70 finished a day early as a winter storm moved in.
Traffic resumed around 12:30 p.m. Sunday on eastbound I-70 between East 6th Avenue and East Colfax Avenue, according to Ted Hill, Colorado Department of Transportation spokesman.
The construction was part of the light-rail system, Hill said.
