SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Two weeks ago, California’s first lady, Maria Shriver, apologized after the website posted photos and a video of her violating the state’s hands- free cellphone law.
On Monday, the site posted a video showing her Cadillac Escalade parked in a no-parking zone. Shriver issued a statement saying she regrets the mistake.
