American bobsled veteran driver Todd Hays, left, is concentrating on getting himself back into the Olympics. He’s trying to help Jamaica earn a spot in the Vancouver Games as well. The Jamaican Bobsleigh Federation confirmed Tuesday that it’s expecting a shipment of two sleds from Hays, a 40-year-old from Del Rio, Texas, who is trying to make the U.S. Olympic team for the fourth time. The sleds should arrive this week in Whistler, British Columbia — where international teams are training on the track that will be used in February for the Vancouver Games.
