Getting your player ready...

Judith Bershof has been knitting for 30 years, but she takes the idea of stylish wraps to a whole new level with a concept that is more wearable art than comfy-cozy. She uses fine-gauge copper wire, silk organza and tulle, combined with hand-dyed linen paper in her shawls, stoles and shrugs. The wire, she says, suggests industrial uses, the paper comes from nature and the silk and tulle are luxurious. She will present her latest work, $200-$300, in a trunk show from 5-8 p.m. Friday at Wardrboe Works, 126 W. 12th Ave.
