A Denver man has been arrested in connection with the stabbing death of a woman in southeast Denver early Friday.
Police responded to an emergency call about 1 a.m. at 1873 S. Clermont St. They found Jessica Porter, 28, dead inside the house. She had been stabbed to death.
Officers arrested Anthony Romero, 28, on suspicion of first-degree murder. He suffered knife wounds to his neck and arms.
He was taken to Denver Health for treatment of his injuries, which were not considered life-threatening. He was listed in stable condition.
