The Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs announced Tuesday that DAL Global Services LLC in Denver has agreed to settle findings of hiring discrimination against 110 Asian, black, white and female applicants.
Under terms of the agreement, DAL Global Services will pay a total of $100,000 in back pay and interest to the 110 applicants and will provide 18 ramp-agent positions at Denver International Airport to the class members.
