Denver police are looking for the public’s help in finding an armed-robbery suspect, a “local rapper” known as “Gorilla.”

Police, in a media release, said Gorilla and another man, who were both armed, kicked in the front door of a victim’s home and “ordered the family to get down.”

“One of the victims recognized one of the gunmen to be a local rapper ‘Gorilla,’ ” police said.

The armed pair stole “various” items from the family and fled. Police did not say when or where the robbery occurred.

Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call Det. Mike Felsoci at 720 308-3668.
