Janet Wyatt was appointed interim principal of Brighton Collegiate High School, according to District 27J, which temporarily took over management of the charter school Tuesday.
The 27J school board voted unanimously to take temporary management after a representative from the superintendent’s office was denied access to “pertinent information in an ongoing investigation,” according to a news release.
A teacher from the school was fired this month after allegations arose about inappropriate conduct with a student, the latest in a series of problems.
