HOUSTON — Kinder Morgan Natural Gas Pipelines Group said construction of the final 195 miles of the 1,679-mile Rockies Express pipeline has been completed and that service began Thursday. The pipeline, from northwestern Colorado to eastern Ohio, is now operational.
