DENVER—Westminster police say a motorist has been arrested in a suspected road-raging shooting death.
In a news release, police say gunfire involving two vehicle erupted Friday night on 120th Avenue near Huron Street in Westminster.
A wounded driver stumbled from his vehicle and bystanders summoned help. He was rushed to a hospital where he died.
Police say a suspect in a blue GMC Jimmy was arrested a while later and booked on first degree murder charges.
Road rage might have been a factor but police are still trying to determine the circumstances of the shooting.
