Beyond “Little House”
Today. Many parents grew up with “Little House on the Prairie,” the television adaptation of Laura Ingalls Wilder’s children’s book of the same name. But today’s kids are less familiar with Wilder’s frontier tales. Rectify that by seeing “Laura Ingalls Wilder,” an ArtsPower performance for kids, today at the Lakewood Cultural Center. This one-hour musical is a visit to 1800s America as the Ingalls family searches for a new home. 1 p.m. Tickets: $7.50-$12. 470 S. Allison Parkway, Lakewood.
