NORTHGLENN — Police are investigating what a man was doing on Interstate 25 Saturday night that led to five cars hitting him.
Shane King, 23, of Thornton was attempting to cross I-25 in the 11600 block when he was struck. All of the drivers were interviewed, police said. The investigation will include toxicology tests, police said.
King died at the scene at about 10:55 p.m. Investigators closed I-25 until 2:45 a.m. Sunday to investigate.
