Another Thanksgiving, another Dallas Cowboys game. For Greg Ellis, irony works 24-7, including holidays. Cut after 11 seasons in Dallas, Ellis has made a fresh start with the Oakland Raiders. He’s got new teammates, a new position (defensive end) and a renewed outlook. But his Thanksgiving Day streak continues. Only, his opponent today at Cowboys Stadium is his former team. “My wife was not too happy about that,” Ellis said, laughing. “It was like, ‘We leave Dallas and you’re still going to miss Thanksgiving with us.’ ”
