Shares of CSG Systems International Inc., a Douglas County-based billing-services provider for cable-television operators, gained more than 18 percent Monday in Nasdaq trading after the company signed a multiyear agreement with Dish Network, also based in Douglas County.

Terms weren’t disclosed. The deal, effective next year, includes a three-year agreement for customer care and billing services and a five-year commitment for printing and mailing monthly statements, CSG Systems said Monday.
