AURORA — An out-of control sport utility vehicle smashed a 12-foot-wide hole into a house in Aurora late Wednesday afternoon.
No one was home at the time.
According to Aurora police Sgt. Chris Carlton, a woman was driving south on Reservoir Road when she lost control of her SUV because of a medical condition. Her SUV hit two other vehicles and then went 40 yards off the road before hitting a two- story house at the corner of Reservoir and Rice Drive.
No one was hurt in the other cars, but the woman and a passenger in the SUV were taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
