Frontier Airlines customers may now buy tickets to 10 new destinations under an expanded code-share program with Midwest Airlines.
New destinations for Frontier customers are: Des Moines, Iowa; Madison, Appleton and Green Bay, Wis.; Grand Rapids and Flint, Mich.; Columbus, Ohio; Raleigh/Durham, N.C.; Newark, N.J.; and Boston.
Republic Airways acquired Frontier on Oct. 1 after acquiring Midwest on July 31. The two airlines began a limited code-sharing program in September that allows customers of both airlines to use seamless ticketing.
Frontier can sell tickets to all Midwest destinations under a Frontier code. Midwest can sell tickets under its code for nonstop flights in the Frontier domestic network.
The program will be expanded over the next few months, including one- and two-stop routes, Frontier’s international routes and Kansas City routes.
