NORMAN, Okla.—Oklahoma offensive lineman Brian Simmons is a fan of Nebraska defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh (en-DOM-uh-ken Soo) who is one of five finalists for the Heisman Trophy.
Simmons says he hopes Suh wins the Heisman because Suh is a force to be reckoned with who makes plays.
Simmons says Suh is the strongest player he’s ever played against, and Suh will make a team pay if they don’t pay attention to him.
Suh leads the Cornhuskers with 82 tackles this season, including 12 sacks and 56 tackles for a loss. He had 4 1/2 sacks in a 13-12 loss to Texas in the Big 12 title game.
