DENVER—A man convicted in two sexual assaults that happened in Denver in the 1990s has been sentenced to 60 years in prison.
Forty-two-year-old Gradie Miles was sentenced Friday.
Prosecutors say that in 1993, he attacked a woman, ripped a wedding band off her hand that belonged to her deceased mother, then dragged her into an alley where he beat and sexually assaulted her.
They say that in 1996, he lured a married couple into a backyard, attacked them and sexually assaulted the woman.
