Premeet ritual: I’m religious about stretching before every race.
Time management tip: I take advantage of off periods during the day at school, then at night I get as much homework done as I can or I do it the next morning. Sleep is very important.
Planned career: I’m leaning toward chemical engineering or something in the math and science areas.
My family: Parents Teresa and Dave, sister Loren.
I would love to visit: Australia.
What I like most about high school sports: I really like how it’s very team-oriented and you get to know all the girls on team relay well. It’s more of a team sport (than club).
What I like least about high school sports: There are definitely parts to get frustrated about — a lot of inner competition between girls, a lot of gossips . . . it’s just different.
