LONGMONT, Colo.—People who bought grave markers for their relatives from a Longmont cemetery say they never got them and they are complaining to the Better Business Bureau.

Five people have filed complaints this year against Foothills Gardens of Memory, saying the grave markers never arrived or were damaged because they were installed incorrectly. BBB spokeswoman Megan Miller says seven of the eight complaints the agency has received on cemeteries in the last three years are against Foothills Gardens of Memory.

Cemetery manager Joy Ann Strachan told KMGH-TV Friday that the grave markers were on their way. Strachan also told KCNC that the complaints had been resolved and that anyone with concerns could call her.

Miller says her agency has tried to reach Strachan several times but that she has not responded.
