EATON, Colo.—Eaton police have arrested two women accused of serving alcohol to three girls, ages 7 to 11, at a barbecue at the women’s home.

The women also are accused of tying the wrists of two of the girls, who the suspects said got sick and started “acting crazy.”

Twenty-six-year-old Jessica Jordan-McVey and her 22-year-old sister, Rachel Amelia Jordan, were arrested Saturday on suspicion of charges including serving alcohol to minors, child abuse and false imprisonment. Rachel Jordan’s bond was set at $20,000, while Jessica Jordan-McVey’s bond was $7,500. It wasn’t known if they have lawyers.
