The Denver Art Museum has named Cathey McClain Finlon, retired head of now-closed McClain Finlon Advertising, to the new position of president. Beginning Jan. 1, she will oversee the institution’s business operations, reporting to director Christoph Heinrich.
Finlon served as the museums’s first development director prior to her advertising career and as a board member from 1994 through 2009. In April, she was appointed interim president, overseeing the hiring of Heinrich.
