Frontier Airlines will add eight new routes through its code-share partnership with Midwest Airlines. Both airlines were purchased this year by Republic Airways.
Frontier announced Monday it has begun selling tickets for travel beginning Feb. 16 to eight Midwest destinations out of Kansas City International Airport under the Frontier code.
Midwest also is able to sell tickets under its code for Frontier’s nonstop flights to Denver International Airport from Kansas City.
In the next few months, the code-share program will be expanded to include two-stop routes and Frontier’s international routes.
