Margarita
Makes 2.
Ingredients
4 ounces tequila
2 ounces Cointreau, triple sec or other orange-flavored liqueur
Juice of 2 limes
1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
Lime rounds for garnish
Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add all ingredients and shake for 30 seconds. Set aside. Rim old-fashioned glasses with salt if desired, then place a lime round into the base and lightly muddle. Add a few cubes of ice (optional). Shake margarita 15 seconds more, then strain into glasses.
