TOPEKA, Kan.—Kansas transportation officials have reopened Interstate 70 and several other roads.
Kansas Department of Transportation 511 assistant coordinator Chris Hess says officials also have reopened closed stretches of Kansas 27, U.S. 36 and U.S. 40.
