ATLANTA — Delta Air Lines’ chief executive is upset that those aboard Flight 253 were put at risk by terrorism despite the carrier’s compliance with security measures. Richard Anderson told employees in a message Thursday that the airlines have done everything the government has asked since 9/11. He said that should have brought a better outcome and that Delta will insist Washington do a better job. The Associated Press
