Drugs and alcohol are suspected in the death of a young woman New Year’s Day.
The unidentified 19-year-old was found dead Friday morning at a house near the University of Denver. DU officials said the woman was not a student. Neighbors told 9News the house is known as a “college party house.”
Investigators say the woman had consumed alcohol, prescription drugs and non-prescription drugs before passing out in a bathroom. Foul play is not suspected.
