Boulder-based Rally Software announced Tuesday that it has closed a $16 million round of funding led by Greylock Partners, a Silicon Valley, Calif., venture-capital firm.
Rally, which has secured $49 million in funding, also appointed Tom Bogan of Greylock to its board of directors.
