Colorado State junior forward Andy Ogide was named Mountain West Conference co-player of the week today after leading the Rams to a 2-0 MWC start.
He is CSU’s first conference honoree since former center Stuart Creason on Nov. 19, 2007.
Ogide averaged 17.5 points and 5.5 rebounds against Wyoming and Air Force.
Also sharing the award was BYU’s Jonathan Tavernari, who averaged 18 points and 7.5 boards.
