FORT COLLINS, Colo.—Colorado State football coach Steve Fairchild is giving tight ends coach Marc Lubick another title: recruiting coordinator.
The son of former Rams coach Sonny Lubick replaces Greg Peterson, who was relieved of his duties as offensive coordinator and receivers coach with three games remaining last fall. He had also handled recruiting. Peterson won’t be back next season.
Lubick’s promotion completes a restructuring of staff that Fairchild undertook after the Rams lost nine straight games to end last season 3-9.
