
RITTER WILL ISSUE HIS FINAL “STATE” ADDRESS TODAY
Hey, let’s have a contest and guess how many times Gov. Bill Ritter will say “new energy economy” today when he delivers his fourth and final State of the State speech (or how many times Republicans clap).
The Democrat, who is not running for re-election, is known to pepper his speeches with that phrase.
The speech is at 11 a.m. in the House chambers.
