So, in today’s Colorado market, how much time do you have to move up to that first, really nice neighborhood with master-planned amenities, Cherry Creek Schools, and a home sized for a growing family? Plenty of time, right? Think again.

“Lots of people have this expectation that builders have all of this inventory,” says Katie Oberlander with Engle Homes, who’s on hand today at master-planned Tallyn’s Reach to show you the very last homes Engle has in three, great looking neighborhoods near Main-Street style shopping at Southlands Shopping Center and the beaches at Aurora Reservoir.
