When you come today you’ll find a very appealing appliance deal if you write now and can close by the end of August: They’ll include stainless fridge and side-by-side washer dryer, to the already highly appointed kitchen standards (a huge bar-center island in slab granite, and hardwood cabs).
RidgeGate, with its very successful med center, has been such a nice match to Century’s models that agents Jim Leyden and Diane Levy were writing another deal as I came by. The prices…from the $380s on the new 3-car designs, from the $350s on their previous, slightly smaller ones…are great values for the size (largest is 2,796 feet), but even better as signs for the real estate market’s direction.

Add that to RidgeGate’s amenities: Two parks next door…Super Target a few blocks north…new restaurants…and Lone Tree’s 500-seat Cultural Center planned to open in 2011, the largest venue for music and drama in Douglas County.
