In like a lamb
The unbroken rule at the Citizen of the West Dinner is that the honoree gets to pick what’s served for dessert. Then they made history by requesting that lamb chops share the plate with the traditional filet of beef entree. Joanne Davidson tells why in her Seen First blog: blogs.denverpost .
