AIR FORCE ACADEMY — Holy Cross broke an 11-game losing streak to Air Force with a 6-4 win Friday night, scoring three goals early in the second period and then holding off the Falcons in an Atlantic Hockey Association game at the Academy’s Cadet Ice Arena.
“You are only as good as your weakest link, and we had a lot of weak links tonight,” Air Force coach Frank Serratore said. “We came out flat, and not only did they get the next goal, they got the next three. We spent most of the game playing from behind, and catch-up hockey is losing hockey.”
