Delta Air Lines, American Airlines and United Airlines said they dropped a U.S. fare boost that would have been the first broad increase this year. Meanwhile, Delta said it will invest $1 billion in the next three years for flat-bed seats on international flights and first-class cabins on more U.S. routes.
