LINCOLN, Neb.—Tickets go on sale Feb. 3 for the Nebraska football team’s annual spring game, on April 17.
Fans can purchase tickets at Huskers.com, by phone at 1-800-8-BIG-RED, or in person at the Nebraska Athletic Ticket Office. Reserved tickets are $10 each.
Nebraska will be selling nearly all of Memorial Stadium on a reserved-ticket basis for the game.
Department spokesman Keith Mann says the move last year was met with a favorable response from fans who bought nearly all of the tickets for the 2009 game weeks before the contest.
A similar response is expected this year, meaning it’s likely there will be no ticket sales on the day of the game.
Last year more than 45,000 tickets were sold on the first day of sales and nearly 60,000 were sold within a week.
